Use the provider portal directly

Rae & Co Capital does not ask for portal credentials. The firm can help point you in the right direction, but credential entry should happen only through the provider’s own site.

Investment accounts

Schwab-custodied investment and retirement accounts live at Schwab Alliance, using the same login as Schwab.com. Never use a login link from an email; use this page or type the address yourself.

Insurance accounts

Policy, billing and customer access is handled through your carrier’s own portal. Our preferred carrier is Mutual of Omaha, which uses Customer Access. For any other carrier, the portal depends on who issued the policy; ask and we will tell you.

Do not send account numbers, policy numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or sensitive financial data through any website form, including ours. If a message asks you to, it is not from us.
