Form CRS Summary
Relationship summary
Rae & Co Capital, LLC (d/b/a RcoWealth) is registered as an investment adviser with the State of South Carolina. Investment advisory services and fees differ from brokerage services, and it is important that you understand the differences. Free and simple tools are available at Investor.gov/CRS.
Relationships and services
We provide discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services, financial planning, and insurance consulting. Services are ongoing and tailored to goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
Fees, costs, conflicts and standard of conduct
Our standard annual advisory fee is 1.00% of assets under management with a $750 annual minimum, billed quarterly. Financial planning is a flat one-time fee. We may also receive commissions on insurance placed, which is a conflict of interest because it creates an incentive to recommend insurance. You should understand and ask us about this conflict.
Questions worth asking
Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not? How will you choose investments to recommend? What is your relevant experience, and what do your licenses mean? How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?
